The first step is to set up your online account with us by following the directions under ‘NEW STUDENTS.’ If you are a returning student, you already have an account set up. New students - once you have completed this step, we will be notified and you will receive a customized schedule by email (allow 24 hours). From there, we will send you step by step directions on how to select your classes.
Registrations are not processed without full payment. Families who do not submit payment within 7 days of selecting classes online will be automatically de-registered from the system and will need to re-register at a later date (space permitting).
Once you have selected your classes online and ‘checked out,’ you will receive instructions by email as to how to complete your registration with payment. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive instructions. Thank you!
NEW STUDENTS - HOW TO SET UP YOUR STUDIO DIRECTOR ACCOUNT:

NEW STUDENTS will need to click on ‘Register’ under ‘New to Allegro Performing Arts Centre’ on the right hand side.
1.) Complete your contact information. NOTE: Please make sure you check the box YES to receive our emails, so we can send you important news throughout the season. All information throughout the year, including important Dance Recital information, parent viewing week, class holiday reminders etc is sent by email.
2.) Complete the information required for the student you are registering. Ensure that you enter the correct birth date of the person registering, so we can help you with your class recommendations. Incorrect spelling and birthdates will transfer to Recital programs, class recommendations etc.
3.) Accept the student waiver and sign electronically.
Once you have completed your profile, we will be able to send you a list of pre-approved classes so you can register! But remember, we are unable to email your pre-approved classes until you create your profile. After registering in your classes online, please scroll down for directions on ‘how to complete your registration.’
RETURNING STUDENTS & NEW STUDENTS WHO ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT:

In order to access your Studio Director account, you will need to:
1.) Look for ‘Already registered with Allegro Performing Arts Centre’ on the left side.
2.) Login with your email address and password that you have already created. If you have forgotten your password, click on ‘forgot password’ and follow the directions from there. Do not click on ‘Register’ on the right hand side. This will only create a 2nd account, and you already have one with us.
3.) Once logged in, go to ‘Edit Account Contact info’ to make sure your information is up to date. Make sure you check the box YES to receive our emails, so we can send you important news throughout the season.
4.) Go to ‘Edit Student info’ to make sure names are spelled correctly, correct birthday etc. Incorrect spelling and birthdates will transfer to Recital programs, class recommendations etc.
5.) Go to ‘Enrol in my pre-approved classes.’ Do not click on ‘Enrol in a class,’ as this tab won’t allow you to register in any classes.
6.) Select the classes you would like to register in and then click ‘enrol’ and follow the steps towards check out from there.
how to complete your REgistration:
Your spots in the classes you selected online will be reserved until 8:00 pm on Thursday, June 20. To secure your registration, please visit Allegro during the following hours with your complete payment:
Monday, June 17 – 5:00-8:00 pm
Tuesday, June 18 – 5:00-8:00 pm
Thursday, June 20 – 5:00-8:00 pm
When you ‘check out’ your balance will show either $30 (individual reg fee) or $40 (family reg fee). Please note that the following will be required when you visit the studio to complete your registration:
1. Registration Fee $30 (individual reg fee) or $40 (family reg fee) dated the day you register (cheque or cash)

3. Costume deposits ($70 per performing class) post dated for Oct 1 (can be all on 1 cheque or cash)
