REGISTRATION FOR NEW STUDENTS AND RETURNING STUDENTS

Students should register during office hours:

Tuesdays to Thursdays – 3:00-5:00 pm

Fridays – 2:30-5:30

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

If you choose the month to month payment option, you are required to pay by Pre-Authorized debit - sorry no post-dated cheques.  Post-dated cheques are accepted for 3 installments or 1 installment only.

Only complete registrations will be processed.  To avoid disappointment, please make sure you have completed the check-list below.  Please visit the class description page for class descriptions/dance programme guidelines to help make your class selections easier.

CHECK-LIST FOR REGISTRATION DAY

> Completed registration form signed by parent/guardian

> If paying by Pre-Authorized Debit – You will need a completed Pre-Authorized debit form signed by the person responsible for payment, 1 void cheque, 1 cheque for costume deposit,1 cheque for registration fee.

> If paying by post-dated cheques – You will need 3 cheques for the “3 installment” option (1 cheque if paying up front for the year), 1 cheque for registration fee, and 1 cheque for costume deposits.

REMINDERS:

Registration fees should be separate from your class fees and should be dated for the same day you register.  Registration fees are non-refundable. 

Costume deposits are $50.00 per dancer, per class.  Costume deposits are non-refundable.  You may withdraw from any or all classes until November 30th with one month’s written notice to the receptionist or one month’s fees as a requirement.  After November 30th monthly payments are non-refundable.  Once registered for 2009-2010, if you withdraw from a class or make a change to your schedule a $10.00 administration fee will be charged.  A $10.00 administration fee will be charged if you require us to hold your postdated cheque or P.A.D payment. A fee of 2% per month will be charged to all overdue accounts.

Allegro accepts Pre-Authorized debit, cheques or cash only – sorry no Interac or credit cards.  Cash payments will be accepted in two payments:  50% of your payment is due September 1st 2009 with the balance due by January 1st 2010.
